Bobby Higgins was a punk kid from the slums. Growing up, he spent some time in a gang, where he discovered a passion for street art and other form of graffiti. He developed a fair amount of street cred over several years.
His “early period” ended when he tagged the Haven of Herbert Hammond. Hammond flew into a rage and mortally wounded Higgins. Having calmed he stood over the body of the boy and took time to appreciate the craftsmanship. He then decided that he very much enjoyed it and wished to see it finished. Bobby was embraced to complete the work and sent out into the night to continue “beautifying” the city.
